Ventajas
People below management are great and the office is lovely!
Desventajas
Lack of progression, low salaries, high workload, constant change in strategy and really bad managers. They talk about diversity but there isn't any in sales. This isn't a problem perhaps if you look a certain way. Everywhere else in the business however, there is quite a good representation of people from all walks of life. Their is quite a lot of nepotism. Directors son, niece and friends enjoy promotions and managerial positions. Other Directors clearly aren't fit for the role nor have the ability to lead but ended up in those roles due to being at the company for X amount of time. Real lack of resource internally and VERY high churn of customers and people alike. They will bully you and make you feel like your not worth anything. Certain Sales Directors and Leaders are downright disrespectful and on a power trip. They take on Customer contracts without having the resource to fulfil them and then spend the rest of the contract term 'escalating' and putting 'SIP's' in place. I cannot believe how Microsoft gives them leads.
