Ventajas

The company’s role can serve as a decent stepping stone for employees looking to move on to better opportunities. While the job offers a solid starting point, with decent pay at the beginning, employees quickly realize that without career paths, support, or significant pay increases, their growth potential is limited. Most employees use their time at the company as a way to gain experience before transitioning to a more supportive and rewarding role elsewhere.

Desventajas

The company is led by a CEO who frequently asserts that they don’t truly run the business, instead placing the blame on Microsoft for making key decisions. The CEO often tells employees they should feel fortunate not to be paid less, especially when business expenses rise, despite having no control over contracts. Meanwhile, the CEO’s personal actions—such as purchasing a new luxury car or condo in the same year—stand in stark contrast to these statements. Employees at the company face a lack of career paths, development opportunities, or career support, and while pay is decent to start with, they shouldn't expect any significant increases. Most employees feel unsupported, constantly moving from one management request to another, many of which are dictated by Microsoft. The CEO claims the company provides infrastructure support rather than labor outsourcing, but in reality, they hire insourcing labor to manage the technically illiterate and problematic Microsoft teams. Ultimately, the job feels more like cheap labor for Microsoft, with no career growth or support in sight.
