This has forced the American divisions of Alstom to operate in the same manner and processes as its European sectors - the proverbial square peg in a round hole. The successful leadership and management of Alstom Knoxville has been handcuffed by European bureaucracy. Once the market picks up speed, I suspect Alstom Executive Mgmt. will become involved in executing business instead of attempting to change the way we execute business.
