No proper HR policies. In short not atall an employer friendly company. There is no work life balance. Worst place for female to work. I will never advice my wife or sister to get associated with Alstom at any point of time. Lastly, as the hierarchy chain is a very long one the below grades like B1 and below are the deprived lot.
