      Ventajas

      I'm still looking for some Pros -

      Desventajas

      Low pay, poor benefits package, health insurance way overpriced, poor communication from corporate, slow to act on personnel changes and requests. Limited infrastructure to hire new employees, manage pay and expense compensation.

      Ventajas

      This company was the new DoD contractor after 30 something years with another company and while others met AFSC with resistance, this company took excellent care of me when a totally unexpected situation came up and I had to take an extended leave of absence. They were very compassionate, transparent and supportive throughout the whole situation.

      Desventajas

      They didn't pay as much as the previous contractor, but such is the nature of DoD contracts. I was glad to have a job.
