The only pros from here is to be learning a painful lesson by being able to know the red flags listed in the cons so that you can see the signs earlier in any new company.
Desventajas
Constant pay delays from start to end and failed to pay in full till date. Lack of transparency and empty promises. Improper documentation for projects . Files are placed all around with no clear direction. Be expected to only rely on documentation to familiarise with current products. Working with outsourced team, lack of critical internal staff to handle required work. Removing of critical staff with no replacement in plan when ongoing projects are ongoing and expected to handle out of your job scope. Hired for a certain job scope but expected to do other jobs as there is no one else suitable to handle. Many ex-employees have filed tadm for their missing pay and reported to cpf but company choose not to response to them or give a solution.
