lack of culture - so called Genuine culture is just a lip work but not really embedded in the day to day work culture;
IT infrastructure creates huge road blocks for work due to Suncorp level control, worst than any public sector I worked before;
Onboarding was not helpful at all with literally no training on the business;
Disconnections from senior leaders to workers - surprised how hierarchical this company is. Senior leaders have their own circles and shows, and they usually walk fast in the office without really caring about the workers. Can't believe such senior leaders still exit in 2025.
Management is above leadership in this company where managers seem to focus on management not leading people to succeed in their career. Very disappointed.
Some people are quite hard to deal with because of the broken culture and people are stressed and pass stresses to others.
