      People you work with are friendly and make the culture

      Desventajas

      Management is outdated Cult-like managers, no growth if you don’t know them Systems are very, very, very outdated The strategy for managers is to keep people stagnant with the high turnover and people unhappy, they can’t maintain highly skilled people so they stall you from your growth for as long as they can
