Ventajas
Great culture, no micro-managing. Great team members. Great benefits. Performance based bonuses. Though all staff is remote, all employees function as a unit with great communications, something rare in the industry today. Company consistently aims to keep its edge in the industry and is always looking to be innovative.
Desventajas
Monthly pay checks (vs weekly or bi-weekly), Bonus dispersing is unorthodox (scattered out vs one lump sum however, understandably so due to the way customers order product). Can't pay bonuses out when customers have not purchased the full batch of equipment yet. They tend to purchase in waves therefore, bonuses are paid out in waves. Not a deal breaker considering most companies don't even hand out bonuses anymore.
