      Ventajas

      I was the only design technician and I managed customer CAD files and did any company design work. -Flexible with school schedule (open 24 hrs) -Better than an internship (more projects, longer duration and exposure) -Work on the shop floor directly with the machinist (great for learning on the go) -Great opportunity to learn SolidWorks

      Desventajas

      -Pay was below-average compared to a typical engineering internship -No real opportunities for advancement -Company culture was often chaotic (frequent rush orders) -Company is still going through growing pains

      Ventajas

      This was a great place to work with good management and opportunities to work hard and make some great things. It was really sad to see them go out of business, but we wish them the best as they rebuild. The transition was done as well as could be to make sure that all were taken care of.
