Ventajas
Management understands your a human being and treat you as one. Staff is very friendly. Not your typical company, the office decor and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. Owner cares very much for all his employees and will go out of her way to make their lives and the lives of others positive. Always room for growth and opportunity, if you are a hard worker you will be rewarded. I have never worked for a company that promotes and rewards their employees like 3Metas does. 3Metas cares not only about your productivity but also your well being and that of your company. High end management is very approachable and friendly. Even if they are super busy they will always find time for you.
Desventajas
It is very hard to think about cons, but if I had to say one it would be that I believe the company could be so much bigger if managers were a little bit more autonomous in the decision making process
