- Average pay -Basic Benefits - Allowing access to Bank loans and discounts for Banking services - All the training you can handle - Great when starting in IT - Some managers are truly Good people, Culture of engineers is warm and tend to help each other.

Desventajas

- IT Management constant bad decision making, triple the work load without a sense of Growth, only over work. - IT Management tend to be bullies - Several Personality hires that have no clue of the technical work, and they are preferred over the people who has years working on the field with the actual Technical skills

Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

Desventajas

Health Care could be better.
