Desventajas

Obligation to work some Saturdays (on a rotating schedule). Required to work during some federal holidays. It became emotionally draining for me, Rarely does someone call Customer Service because they're happy...

Ventajas

Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

Desventajas

Health Care could be better.
