Ventajas
- The people who work(ed) in the London office were among some of the best in the industry and poured themselves into their work, on top of being generally wonderful people - There was an inclusive and fun work culture most of the time - Growth was possible if you had the right manager - Benefits were good, lots of free clothes and a few trips within Europe
Desventajas
- The European arm of the company is operated very poorly, with a few executives at the helm who disease the entire structure - The entire London office was made redundant and the EU leaders handled it extremely poorly, leaving people in the dark for weeks, rubbing it in their faces and generally showing a lack of humanity - HR lacks the empathy and critical thinking that is required in such a role, often engaging in troubling and insensitive behaviour to employees - Upper management will contradict everything they've said previously, wiping out any progress you've made, ad infinitum - People who don't know a thing about a task will inevitably be given full control of it instead of the person who was hired to do it - The company is stingy and penny-pinching, though they do a good job of hiding it - Maternity leave in the UK is insultingly bad and shows how little they care about their workforce
