Ventajas

Lovely company to work for .Wish I had joined here instead off BT. They treat there staff very well . My Team Leader was a really good TM and worked together really well .

Desventajas

If you want you can move to any department when advertised within the company . I loved Assisted Travel and looking after my customers. Had a lot off good feed back from the public who I assisted many times on there travels , lovely to hear them recognise me again on the call.
