      Ventajas

      Excellent work environment and great coworkers in most cases. There have been a lot of opportunities in the past.

      Desventajas

      Shell changes too often, especially in IT. They are putting way too much in building their IT workforce in India and the US employee is no longer respected.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
