      Great pay and plenty of benefits, if it's all you're after.

      Desventajas

      Management intermixes sales with marketing. Poor organizational setup. Non-existent team collaboration. Just a paycheck, not a career. Nothing but chasing targets on the short-term. Toxic work environment

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
