When I had joined, I had seen a review here that shell bangalore was a BPO. It took me a year to realise the extent of that statement. On the surface, it might appear otherwise, but at the end of the day, no major project comes to bangalore anymore. The flow of "good" projects stopped in 2010 and add to that the current oil price scenario, the development opportunities available for the staff are miniscule.
