      great pay, great learning opportunities.

      Desventajas

      After Royal Dutch Shell takeover, things took a negative turn if you were a simple employee. You no longer could be heard and share holder value was the be all and end all. Many great and many incompetent manager. Work load so daunting that good managers could not get involved to fix big problems.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
