      Ventajas

      The benefits are good. The people are professional and diverse. Employee networks are available. They have continuing education benefits and other training available.

      Desventajas

      As with any corporate job, you will have politics. It's a Dutch company and currently most of the jobs will be found in other countries and the jobs in the US are being minimized.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
