Desventajas
If this is the first company you have ever worked for, move along as soon as you have the opportunity - before you start questioning your career choice. I have never been in a more morale busting, toxic environment over my entire career. It's as far from a professional environment as you can imagine. The constant yelling, swearing and berating of employees has you constantly on edge wondering if you're the next target... and you will be at some point. Whatever your accomplishments achieved while employed there go completely unappreciated but you get lots of attention if a mistake is made. Additionally, you can be moved out of your current role and into one that you were not hired to do at the whim of management at any time with no discussion/forewarning. Four stars for compensation/benefits but I really don't think it's worth the suffering you have to endure.
