Ventajas
Stores are staffed with some really great people and managers. Being a smaller foot print you can work with and be apart of a team in one of the stores they have left. Their labs are the best in the country. Benefits are some of the best, health, dental, vision, paid sick, and vacation for all full time employees.
Desventajas
Almost everyone above the store level has no idea what they are doing, this company once had over 1,200 stores. Then 800, then 400, then 200, then 17, now they have 9. The latest version of this company is owned by an online distributor with zero brick-and-mortar experience. Pay has been cut again and again, and with product being a daily concern you won't have the item to sell and try to make some money on in stock on a regular basis.
