Ventajas

not the well being ethos that is pitched at interview beautiful product beautiful store overall idea and branding of company positive but needs work on getting best from staff

Desventajas

for a actively promoting wellness brand there is high bullying culture with in area manager and above within this company called out and demoralised on weekly area calls. mirco managed unmanagable targets ( bobus based so forget getting one ) ever changing expectations no praise or recognition unless your face fits. can not challenge or have an opinion. need to be a sheep so hard to remove non preforming staff to improve sales and culture at store level

- rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
