      Ventajas

      Good products and easy to sell. Customers are great. Employee discount.

      Desventajas

      Toxic environment, aggressive targets, zero support from head office or HR, poor training, no work ethic, racists comments from a senior manager, no values. Avoid this company if you don’t want to work with people with two faces, dishonest and arrogant with no knowledge of beauty industry. Company’s philosophy is not the same if you are a customer or an employee. No work-life balance, unhealthy atmosphere in the shop due to the pressure with sales.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
