      Desventajas

      High level of micromanagement and shifting priorities make planning difficult. Too many organizational changes cause repeated scope resets. Decision-making can be reactive rather than strategic, leading to inefficiencies. Consultants are often evaluated based on short-term impressions rather than long-term results.
