Ventajas
One of the few places I've worked that gives you good career opportunities, nice benefits, flexible work hours without expecting you to work a 60 hour week. They give you time to get your work done and have a life outside of work. The time frames for assignments are longer which gives you time to do things right and to spend time on personal and professional development. Benefits that I haven't seen since the early 90s.
Desventajas
Raytheon is a large government contractor and as such has everything that goes along with that like a lot of management, and tedious processes. You can feel like a cog because you are so isolated from upper management and their decisions. They tell you what is going on and ask for your input but don't expect to change any minds.
