The benefits area all good, all the facilities shuttle, canteen, offices and also the culture. Bonuses where given accordingly. The schedule is hectic 12hrs a day.
Desventajas
This company offers great, an average Japanese company. But as an engineering graduate, you will notice that there is a gap in salary compensation. For starter engineers, it is okay, but 2-3 years you must think to transfer, why, because the progress is slow.
