RDI does strive to make you feel like it is a family unit . They have almost always attempted to accommodate to my schedule needs but also depended on company needs and hours of operation. Always have events that include family or work place & make it feel like you are included. Attire, is casual but on occasions we are required to be business casual. Tattoo friendly & hair color friendly ! transport assistance through RTC Rides.
Desventajas
Training in a new campaign can be overwhelming at times, but depending on the campaign and client requirements some training I felt were a good time frame and somewhat organized . other trainings you get information jammed down and is completely disorganized. Also wish we can do more Mock Calls practice before hitting the floor or phones with real customers . We don’t get enough of that in my opinion .

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.
Desventajas
Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.
