Desventajas
A Go to Market that still need to be figured out with very limited amount of individuals hitting their steep sales targets, the majority of others being far from it. Exodus of the Sales VP's in all the regions the last year adding to some historic C-suite that left the building the year before them. Mendix has its own culture which is different then Siemens, and harsher Because of the difficulty to meet the pledges forecasted to Siemens and Mendix not hitting its target, that leads to a toxic sales culture with some desperate moves in some geographical areas. A lot of sales people come and leave (or are incentivised to) after less then a year Career wise despite the Siemens ownership, no one transfers this direction so this is within Mendix you'll need to find your way
