Desventajas

The company lacks diversity. There’s a total of 3 black sales rep out of 150 (max). There’s probably 4 Hispanic agents mostly because they’re bilingual.

Ventajas

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Desventajas

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
