Ventajas

The core technology has a lot of potential in the education space.

Desventajas

- Bad Sales Management from the top down, starting with the global sales leader. - High burnout out rate, reps are required to make hundreds of calls a week working on a full sales desk. - Not a sales centric workforce. Legal, Accounting, and development do not support sales. - If a customer decides not to pay, or implementation can't get in touch with the customer, the sales exec must go after as a debt collector or must get in touch with the customer to get them up and running. No one wants to do their job and just puts it back on sales - Legal will not accept any redlines on contracts, even when states by their own laws must have provision in the contract - Development does not build any new content, and does not listen to the reps on the front line actually talking to the prospects
