Ventajas

Cheap CRM that you can discount down to nothing.

Desventajas

-Consistently lose deals to most players in the CRM space -Lack of strong leadership (recently hired a glorified sales rep and put into a leadership role). -Lack of innovation and product development - missing KEY CRM features. -Unattainable quota - I was apart of a team that had a team number of 800k on quarter, and we hit 200k of our number. This happens consitantly quarter over quarter. A good quarter is considered 50% of your quota - you don't make any money.

Ventajas

Best company I’ve ever worked for. My manager was laid back and trusted me to do my job. Always checked on me and made sure I was supported. My entire team was supportive and helpful despite company pivots and changes. Also after a reduction in force they were very generous to allow us to keep our equipment and help us with resources.

Desventajas

Experienced a reduction in force due to sales not hitting their numbers yet after reduction in force, sales was still able to go on their offsite celebration. It was a bit disheartening as many people were laid off. It didn’t feel appropriate.

Ventajas

The biggest pro is the work from anywhere policy.

Desventajas

We went through a merger with Unbounce and it ruined the Insightly culture.
