Ventajas
In all transparency, I do not work on the sales team. I have been working at Insightly for a while, and I like my team and the culture in the company. I read a few of the last reviews and it made me think since we hired so quickly, some of the people that left were just not the right fit for the company. In my time here, I felt that we hired better people when HR was more involved in the process and had more say. Now managers just need people to help push the product and they are new so don't understand how this change can effect culture even after the person leaves. In my experience, I feel Insightly cares deeply about every employee. My team is very inclusive and we have one of the biggest teams in the company. It seems no one has left and people are very happily working together. It is very sad to see that current or former employees feel so negatively. I have worked very closely with Recruiting and HR prior and feel especially here, the people will go above and beyond to try to keep a fair, stand-up culture. Insightly is a good natured company.
Desventajas
People leave, and write very negative reviews, especially if they are fired. Unfortunately, they can be misleading as you can say you are a "current employee" or anything you want. I don't want it to be hard to find good talent for my team because of a few bad apples. I think "HR" can only do so much. Seeing this in many companies prior, it is mostly the managers that need to be accountable.
