Pessimistic, hot headed, short tempered, depressed is what you will turn out to be. This is due to the toxic culture over in Jurong refinery. You will be the one to be most hardworking, kilat, jilat, bulat but ur superior will find one of ur mistake and use that to give you bad gradings. Oh gosh, i can go on but this will boil me up. Anyway, trust me brother, appreciate whr you are working now or atleast find a job which follows your discipline. There are better chances elsewhere.
