No Overtime policy No RRSP Plan Work/life balance with only two personal days is not so great, don't catch a flu, because you'll have to pick some days from your vacation banks. They don't like when you think outside the box. Developer tools are the least concerns. Developer jobs at Equisoft is more about pumping code to please customer and not so much software engineering. It's sad because people there were great, but ended leaving burned out.
