We are sorry to hear that your experience with the Doyle Collection has not been a positive one. As an employer of choice, this is painful to hear and will always do what we can to ensure our team leave with a positive memory of their time with us.
Middle management is key to our success and we are aware that this hasn't always been our main focus. This is changing and we are implementing new methods of recognition as well as launching new training programmes in 2019.
Within any business, there is always room for improvement, particularly with communication as it can be tough to find that balance between too much communication and too little. We would welcome any feedback or specific suggestions for improvement.
The only way we can improve is by hearing feedback about where we can improve, so feel free to contact your former HR Director, Hotel Manager or GM directly, as we would be happy to address these concerns personally.
