Ventajas

Hire a bunch of freshers which helps in developing good relationship between colleagues while training them together.

Desventajas

Compulsory 3 year bond signed on a stamp paper which is not justified Bullying work culture, do not release their junior employees easily and tremendous work pressure on site and off site.

Ventajas

Only good for fresher as get the chance to work in full SDLC. You can not be only developer or tester. You have to do analysis, dev, test, deployment and support.

Desventajas

Longer bond priod and higher management. No power to HR and HR policy. Higher management harras while you leave the company and extended the notice period with non sense reasons. Alternatevly torture average performer employee so that employee resign or abscond forcefully.
