Desventajas
Execs take huge bonuses annually yet continually say we need to be lean to support the organizational changes. No raises even if an employee is graded with a good review. When resources leave, they are never or seldom replaced thereby increasing the workload for those left behind. High attrition and constant changes of key management positions. Even though there is an employee review process, not all managers conduct reviews. Double standards/different rules for employees from different areas of the business.
