Thanks also for highlighting some of our great benefits; Braine L'Alleud is a great facility and the mention of our compensation and work-life balance which is key to our well being.       Great place to work. Overall truly enjoyed my time at Baxter.

      Ventajas

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Desventajas

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
