      Ventajas

      Flexible Arbeitszeit Home Office Hier kann man wirklich Familie und Beruf unter einem Hut bringen Keine Überstunden

      Desventajas

      Fast alle Verträge sind auf 2 Jähre befristet. Es wird zwar gesagt das am Ende alle entfristet werden aber die Ungewissheit bleibt meistens bis 3 Monate vor Vertragsende. Das Gehalt ist unterirdisch zusätzlich gibt es bis auf ein mickrigen Bonus keine Benefits. Das Gehalt wird sich auch nicht später ändern. Man hat das Gefühl sich in diesem Standort nicht großartig weiteretwickeln zu können. Allgemein ist die Unzufriedenheit im Standort sehr groß was nicht besonders motivenrend ist. Sehr hohe Mitarbeiterfluktuation

      Ventajas

      Great benefits, hybrid & remote roles, great colleagues to work with. Great vacation /time off. Helpful colleagues

      Desventajas

      Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
