      Ventajas

      I started working at the company a couple months ago and can tell from the ability to work from home or the office and the attitudes of the other employees that surround me. This company is worth being employed by.

      Desventajas

      The starting salary for a direct sales representative is not great. But they give you a high amount of commission on the money that you sell. If you can sell it, under writers don’t help.

      They have a hybrid work model and all bank holidays off

      Desventajas

      Low base pay Zero support from manager for any help on deals, closing customers etc Digging out leads from the gutter and expected to close them on a high rate while regions bank referrals go to high performers ( not a coincidence)
