The hiring process lacks transparency. Recruiters and HR will not disclose the full picture during interviews. Once you're in, you're subjected to unnecessary processes like technical run-ups (repeat interviews) and practice projects that serve no real purpose. The work culture is toxic. Five days in office with 8 hours of mandatory presence, combined with a constant fear of being fired, makes it impossible to work with any peace of mind. The hire-and-fire approach shows zero regard for employee stability or growth

The aspects you mentioned in your feedback are part of the probation period, when both the company and the employee need to examine each other.
