      Ventajas

      Work on really great customer facing products. Work with world class engineers, super helpful teams, and overall, good work-life balance.

      Desventajas

      Work can be somewhat monotonous in the devices org. A lot of the focus is on bug-fixing and fixing issues in field and less of an emphasis on developing features. Around launch of new products, things get fairly stressful.

      Ventajas

      Good pay, interesting problems to solve, and smart teammates.

      Desventajas

      No benefits (food, freebies, etc). I know one of the LP has to do with frugality, but wish they were less frugal toward employees

      Lab 126 has a lot of bright engineers and designers, and resources to get things done and ship products.

      Desventajas

      Amazon's values are all about the customer -- the employees come second. That means you'll have fewer quality of life nice-to-haves.
