Ventajas

There were some great people there...most have left. Those who remain do so because of location and convenience. If you like working part time for full time wages - this place is for you. You can shoot a cannon through the office before 9am , between 12-1 and after 4pm, and not hit a soul.

Desventajas

"Leadership" has pushed loyal people to the point where they no longer care, while elevating sycophants well beyond their capabilities.

Ventajas

After a few years of constant turn over at the executve level, Adlib actually has it right now. WIth the addition of new CEO Chris Huff and CRO Mike Chasteen, the company is on a meteoric trajectory for growth with new focus and sense of urgency. Employee input is welcome at all levels and is a very transparent place to work, no hidden agendas.

Desventajas

A cultural hangover in some areas of the business - needs to lift quickly

- lack of bureaucracy / no politics - 100% remote work - bias toward action & results - culture of teamwork and merit-based recognition - hyper-focus on our differentiated tech and market positioning - clear company strategy - most seem to be on a company bonus plan that’s tied to growth, which incentivizes collaboration & results

Desventajas

- distributed workforce requires a-game from everyone to maintain momentum / progress - stretch ‘company and individual’ goals

The new leadership team has went to great lengths to ensure bureaucracy and politics are removed from the workplace and replaced with open communciation, merit-based hiring and recognition of impact / results.
