Ventajas
Accenture is one of the few companies out there that does their best to insure that you have all the information at your figure tips that you need to do any job that you are assigned. That includes identifying other employees that are experts in the different systems that Acenture works with and they are available to everyone within the company. As a way to restate a bit you are never alone on anything with in Accenture there is always someone that can and will help. Everybody goes by the concept that the work comes first, personal issues are somewhere else on the list.
Desventajas
The only real downside to Accenture is that it is first and for most a consulting company and that means that all work is project driven. With being project driven you will aways have at least two people you are reporting to that can have a direct impact on your future within Accenture, the client and your own manager. Also there are times and projects that where the dead line can be months out but due to scope of work you may be working 10 hours a day for 7 days a week until it is done. This is not the norm but it does happen so you have to be ready and able to pull that time when and if needed.
