They provide good tools for working. Many company events per year.

Desventajas

Lack of clarity in product. Many hirings don't pass probation. There's people leaving the company every month.

We really appreciate you sharing this, and we want to be honest, we know that the hiring and departure cycles you experienced were real, and they weren't easy for anyone going through them. That kind of instability makes it hard to settle in and do your best work, and we understand why it left an impression. Young, international team. You may meet some smart, ambitious peers who are equally frustrated but driven. 30 days annual vacation.

Desventajas

Strategy is lazily copy-pasted across all markets with zero localization or market understanding. Leadership refuses to take accountability for failures and instead blames employees, resulting in a revolving door of talent. C-level have minimal to no sales experience and operate with arrogance, narcissism, and staggering unprofessionalism, unlike anything you've seen before. The culture is cult-like: disagreement is punished, criticism is shut down, and conformity is demanded at all costs. Experienced professionals are brought in only to be ignored, humiliated, and fired when they try to drive real improvement. Career development does not exist: no growth plans, no training, no investment in people. If you're ambitious, ethical, or even mildly self-respecting, run. This is not a company, it’s a burnout machine run by unchecked egos.
