We want to acknowledge this feedback and share that, throughout 2025, the company has taken concrete steps to strengthen how we work with people and performance and office culture. This includes the implementation of a new performance review process, supported by clear criteria, a competency framework, and market benchmarks, to ensure greater transparency and consistency across roles and countries.
In addition, we have reinforced our local People & HR presence in the Barcelona office to provide closer support and continue improving the employee experience. We know culture is built over time, and we remain committed to listening, learning, and doing better.
