None. I am astonished at the reviews I am seeing. I guess no matter how great a company is, people are people and will tend to demand more. Which is a good thing, if and only if it is accompanied by personal accountability and truthful retrospective reflection. In a remote setting, it is crucial to communicate absolutely everything, and perhaps even overly doing it, there's no way to read between the lines in a slack message, and it is difficult to detect actual tones of voice or nonverbal comms, so if you have an impediment make sure to say it, if you need help or something can improve make sure to say it, if you're stuck in a task, especially for something you're fully accountable for, make sure to communicate this, the team is highly supportive.
