Management treats employees like children. If you get along well with someone, they move you to another seat just to keep you from talking. Most of the supervisors act like they’re working, but honestly have no idea what they’re doing; they’re basically puppets for the company.
When they become obsessed with someone, they won’t leave that person alone until they move on to another target, and in the meantime, they make your life miserable.
You’re not allowed to do anything except work, not take a break when you need one and not even go to the bathroom freely. And during the long periods with no work (which is most of the year except summer because they're going bankrupt), they still don’t let you sit idle or check your phone.
The company has no structure at all. Decisions feel completely random and make no sense. Unless you’re the type who sucks up to management and throws coworkers under the bus, you’ll never get promoted, because to them you’re just a pawn.
They pay the bare minimum, and if they can do something to pay you even less, they will.
