      Ventajas

      It was a completely remote position and the company did a good job with the onboarding program to create bonds and very close teams despite the distance. The colleagues were very helpful and the environment within the team's was amazing. Salary was good. .

      Desventajas

      Not so fun were the night and weekend shifts. There was not a lot of transparency on the status of the project

      Ventajas

      Training, remote working, competitive salary, nice colleagues except for the ones on top of the hierarchy

      Desventajas

      Micromanagement, short deadlines, stress, many unpaid extra hours, lack of transparency, not possible to work from another place despite remote working, 24/7 shifts that were not explained during the interviews...

      Ventajas

      Competitive salary Work from home International atmosphere

      Desventajas

      Not flexible for remote working (it's not possible to change home or to work from a different house of that stated in your contract) Lack of clear work instructions Unfair evaluations of workers Toxic HR policies Lack of compliance with minimum legal standards (Spanish legal framework) Difficulties to maintain work-life balance Too much pressure for a job with few responsibilities Lack of transparency Lack of projection within the company And I could go on...
